Mister Illusion Helps Twelve Bridges Elementary School Raise $6500 for Pennies 4 Patients to Benefit Leukemia and Lymphoma CharityOn Friday April 7th, Charlie and Barb Fass, also known as Mister Illusion, performed a magic show at the Twelve Bridges Elementary School in Lincoln California to benefit the Pennies for Patients program to find a cure for Leukemia and Lymphoma. The show included some slight of hand magic, some comedy, involved many volunteers from the audience, and finished with the levitation of a volunteer. The performance room was filled with the entire school enrollment and was estimated to be about 600 attending. The laughter and applause was spontaneous and infectious. A large crowd of students surrounded Charlie and Barb at the end to have their backpacks, notebooks, and drink containers autographed.
The Pennies 4 Patients program has been ongoing for some time at the school and the $6500 raised was generated from multiple sources and programs. Charlie and Barb Fass from Mister Illusion Magic Productions commented: “We are so glad to have been able to help generate a significant portion of that total…for a very good cause”
